carelessness of another is termed a personal injury
An injury inflicted on a person due to the carelessness of another is
termed a personal injury. Personal injuries may because of accidents,
defamation of character, product defects or medical negligence. They
result in either physical injury or mental suffering due to the
negligence of another person.
